KPMG opened 20 Grosvenor Street in 2015, after combining its London offices into one flagship HQ in Canary Wharf, to offer a location for clients to meet with KPMG in central London. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The premises have been sublet by KPMG to Fora for the remaining term of the lease, which expires in February 2030. The properties comprise of a 39,500 sq ft office building operating over ground and four upper floors in 20 Grosvenor Street and a 1,500 sq ft retail unit in 19 Brooks Mews. KPMG UK has sublet its premises in Mayfair to Fora, a flexible workplace provider with 14 operating sites across central London. ![]()
